Happy Monday. Sorry for being MIA. I got bunch of recipes but i need to find some time to upload them here. Spring is finally here and it’s time to shred some extra pound. We all know how much we loveeeee snacking on junk so i made these super easy almond balls that will satisfy anyone. You only need 3 ingredients and boom…yummi snack for anyone.
Well, let’s get started with the recipe!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of almond flour
- 1/3 cup of maple syrup
- baking 1 tsp of baking powder
- chia seeds and vanilla extract (optional)
- Directions:
- Preheat over to 350 degree. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine almond flour and baking powder. Mix it well.
- Add chia seeds,vanilla extract ( optional)
- Now add maple syrup. Stir with your hand until well combined and sticky.
- Now make a bite sized balls and lined them into the parchment paper.
- Bake for about 12-13 minutes.
- Cool it for 5 min before eating.
